Mother India Higher Secondary School located at Chavarcode near Trikkunnathukavu
Indilayappam Temple began to function in 1977 in realization of my dream to impart
quality education in this area with a motto” Win the World with Wisdom”. The vision
of the institution is to mould a new generation which acquires knowledge and wisdom
through happy, safe and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal
and all achievements are celebrated. Accordingly, a well planned CBSE Curriculum on
the lines of the National Education Policy 2020 is effectively executed under the
expertise of highly qualified, creative and dedicated faculty with an aim to develop the
conceptual understanding, recognize and identify the unique capabilities in each
student, encourage critical thinking and creativity, use of technology in teaching and
learning process, shift traditional assessment to competency focused assessment, track
the students’s progress comprehensively and frequently and promote sport integrated
and art integrated learning in class rooms for the holistic development of students. We
make education a shared commitment between dedicated teachers, motivated students
and enthusiastic parents in Mother India.

Mother India Higher Secondary School, Chavarcode imparts quality
education in English medium under CBSE syllabus. Education is the most
powerful weapon which one can use to change the world. The purpose of
education is to replace an empty mind with an open mind. As such,
education develops the mind that works and free a child’s potential by
instilling him a curiosity to learn. Building a learning culture is a
challenging process. Collaborative support, prioritizing the school culture,
creating a nurturing environment with high expectations and engaging
students and staff effectively are the pivotal factors for an effective and
conducive leaning environment. Mother India Higher Secondary School,
Chavarcode takes care of its children in all the above spheres. Excellence in
academic and non academic matters ie scholastic and non scholastic areas of
